Every channel your category sells in. On one map.

Traditional data measures a handful of channels and calls it the market. Calebrate maps all of them, so nothing your category sells through is a blind spot.

Follow the Shelf, Not a Hunch

Go where demand is already proven.

Your competitors are voting with their shelf space. Calebrate tracks every one of them across every channel, down to the individual store, so you can follow the demand they have already proven and skip the ones that would only burn it. Their map becomes your shortcut.

The Problem

Launching blind is the most expensive mistake in CPG.

The product is not what kills most launches. The wrong map is. Money goes into markets that were never going to convert, the shelf you needed gets taken by a competitor, and by the time the velocity data comes back, the quarter is already gone.

01

You pick the wrong market first.

Without store-level data you launch on gut feel. One wrong regional push can burn a quarter of runway and a chunk of inventory before the numbers tell you it was the wrong place.

02

Your budget evaporates across the map.

Trade spend, demos, and media get smeared thin across geographies that never had your shopper in them. You paid to be everywhere and compounded nowhere.

03

You pitch buyers with assertions, not evidence.

Buyers buy velocity proof and demand mapped to their doors. Show up without it and you are a risk they can decline in thirty seconds.

04

Competitors take the doors while you deliberate.

Distribution is a land grab. Every week you cannot see where the open shelf is, someone else is filling it.

The intelligence that fixes all four already exists. It has just been locked behind six figure contracts built for the biggest brands in the world. That is the gap Calebrate closes.
How Calebrate Works

Calebrate turns "where should we go next" into a ranked list.

STEP 1

We map the whole market.

2M+ venues across grocery, natural, convenience, mass, restaurants, bars, independents, and specialty. Your footprint and every competitor's, down to the individual store.

STEP 2

Our AI scores the opportunity.

Every retailer, venue, and geography ranked by how much velocity it will actually drive for your brand, based on your demographics and the competitive landscape. Not a data dump. A priority list.

STEP 3

You act with evidence.

Walk into retailer pitches with proof. Aim marketing at geographies that convert. Find the right distributors for each region. Every dollar and every pitch counts.

The Data Advantage

The distribution data no one else can hand you.

Most tools measure a slice of the market from a panel. Calebrate sees the whole shelf: every product, every venue, every channel, tied to real, countable stores. It is the one view that shows you not just what already happened, but where the open shelf actually is right now.

Why Calebrate

Most market data stops at the region. Ours starts at the store.

Traditional data tells you what already happened in a handful of measured channels. Calebrate tells you where to go next, built on distribution data granular enough to see the individual door, whether that is a Target, an independent bodega, or a Starbucks. Cross every channel and you can make hyper local decisions store by store, not state by state.

Store-level, not region-level.

Down to the individual, deduplicated location.

Every channel, one map.

2M+ venues, including the independents traditional data skips.

Forward looking and affordable.

Where to go next, from $5,000 a year, a fraction of a six figure data contract, no black box.

Everyone else sells you the rear view mirror. Calebrate hands you the map.

The challenge

Pretty Tasty Tea already had a foothold. The question was where to expand next. The team wanted to grow through tier 2 and tier 3 metros rather than fight for attention in the saturated majors, and they needed to know two things: which of those smaller markets actually pull hardest for their categories, and which distributors could get them onto the shelf there.

What Calebrate did

We built a Market Demand Report across the two categories that matter to the brand, collagen drink as the lead and functional soda as support, and scored every qualifying market in the country: 173 metro areas and 93 cities, all with 250k plus residents, the tier 2 and tier 3 focus the team wanted. Each market got a Distribution Index where 100 is fair share, built from real, deduplicated store counts, so the ranking reflected genuine category pull, not population size. We then mapped distributor coverage against the top markets, so the target list came with a route to the shelf.

The result

Instead of a national guess, Pretty Tasty Tea got a ranked shortlist of the top 50 metros and top 50 cities to expand into, each with the store counts and competitive density behind it. The standout tier 2 markets pulled far above fair share. Budget and field effort could now go to the markets most likely to drive velocity first, with the right regional distributor lined up for each.
